eLift Drain Cleaner & Degreaser

Enov K021 eLift Caustic Food Plant, Oven Cleaner Gel

• Removes baked-on grease and carbon
• Thickened, foaming formulation clings to vertical surfaces for better cleaning
• Suitable for the interior of enamelled ovens and surfaces, griddles and cast iron hobs
• Low odour formula, unperfumed and undyed

Application
As an oven cleaner and for the fast removal of blood and other baked-on food products. Used in kitchens, bakeries, food plant and other areas of food product build up.

Directions For Oven Cleaning
Always wear impervious gloves. Oven Cleaner will work best when the oven is warm. Switch the oven off before application. Apply an even layer of oven cleaner to the oven's interior, and leave to act according to the steps below.

Light grease

Cold oven - 3 mins / Warm oven - 1 min

Heavy grease

Cold oven - 30 mins / Warm oven - 5 min

Baked on grease

Cold oven - 12 Hours / Warm oven - 2 Hours

Directions For Blocked drains and food traps
Always wear impervious gloves. Scoop out excess water. Pour approximately 1 Litre into blockage or drain and leave for 30 minutes to liquefy deposits. Wash clean with water.

N.B. Do not use aluminium or galvanised metal.

Warning:
This product is highly CAUSTIC. Do not apply to hot surfaces.
