Where can you use Enov® K020 eLift Caustic Food Plant, Oven Cleaner?

As an oven cleaner and for the fast removal of blood and other baked-on food products. Used in kitchens, bakeries, food plant and other areas of food product build up.

• Directions For Oven Cleaning: Always wear impervious gloves. Oven Cleaner will work best when the oven is warm. Switch the oven off before application. Apply an even layer of oven cleaner to the oven's interior, and leave to act according to the steps below.
• Light grease: Cold oven - 3 mins / Warm oven - 1 min
• Heavy grease: Cold oven - 30 mins / Warm oven - 5 min
• Baked on grease: Cold oven - 12 Hours / Warm oven - 2 Hours
• Directions For Blocked drains and food traps: Always wear impervious gloves. Scoop out excess water. Pour approximately 1 Litre into blockage or drain and leave for 30 minutes to liquefy deposits. Wash clean with water.
• N.B. Do not use aluminium or galvanised metal.
• Warning: This product is highly CAUSTIC. Do not apply to hot surfaces.

Biodegradability
All surfactants contained in Enov Products meet the requirements of the EU Detergent Directive 2005 – 2004/648/EC. This requires all surfactants to break down both quickly and completely into harmless material such as CO2 and water.
